Certain financial corporations are exempt from the Corporation Capital Tax (CCT), including:

corporations, other than Crown corporations designated by Regulation, that are exempt from federal income tax under Subsection 149(1) or Section 149.1 of the Income Tax Act (Canada) |

|
bankrupt financial corporations from the date of bankruptcy |
